But it also smashed records across the globe. Swift could build on her success by releasing Speak Now almost two year after. The three subsequent albums -- Red 2012, 1989 2014 and Reputation 2017. her fame only grew. That was an obvious sign she had moved to the new music scene that she could be part of. It was not long before she altered her plan by releasing 2020's streamlined folklore (and Evermore) and stayed at the top of the charts.
